- As an Eggerwirt Ambassador, you act confidently and representatively and are the point of contact for our guests and your team members
- Ensuring a smooth service flow in all areas of the restaurant
- Planning and organizing the restaurant team
- You live the Eggerwirt values and guiding principles yourself and communicate them to our team in the restaurant
- Briefings and menu discussions with the staff
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards is a matter of course for you
- You enjoy providing professional advice and sales-oriented guest service
Profile
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel and restaurant industry
- Completed training as a sommelier and a passion for wine culture
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and resilience
- An organized, independent and structured way of working
- Good communication skills in German and English
